I replace my car every three years and have done so for many years so know the main dealer experience very well, especially for the prestige brands. This time was different as I was only spending £5K on a cheap second hand car for my daughter so was not expecting much from a dealer - how wrong I was.. From the first enquiry through to the final delivery of the car the team were there when I needed them and always on hand to deal with any requests I put their way: * could you send me photos of the body panels - no problem, done * could you check the front wing as it looks like a scratch - no problem, followed by a swift 'you are right so will get it repaired with no charge to the customer' * could you drop it round for me to view next week - absolutely, which day * could you put a new MOT on the car - of course and even when I pushed a bit and asked for it to be taxed - no problem, leave it with me and I will do that before I deliver it. Absolutely flawless service and very impressed.
