Grant was really helpful and answered my many questions about electric cars patiently. There was no pressure to buy, and he gave us as much time as we wanted to try the car, look it over and show us all the pros and cons of electric cars in general and this one specifically. Grant is the man, was in a rush to get a car for work as lease was expiring on my car. Everything sorted straight away exactly as was described.
